Shipping

We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Channel Islands, and Spanish Islands. Orders begin processing immediately and normally ship out within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE standard ground shipping for any orders of €50.00 or more to locations within the EU customs zone. Terms & Conditions.
  • For all orders under €50.00 shipping standard ground, shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on final destination. This includes shipping rates to destinations outside the EU customs zone, including Switzerland and Norway.
  • Expedited shipping rate and delivery speed will be calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Orders with expedited shipping must be placed before 12 PM CET, Monday through Friday, to be processed for same-day shipment.

Expedited shipping is available within the EU only. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.

We do not offer and cannot guarantee weekend delivery of expedited orders.

Shipping Delays

Darn Tough is not responsible for delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. We ship all orders the same day that we provide your tracking information via email. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sent.

Please check the carrier tracking website for their statements on current delays and transit times.

International

The Darn Tough EU online store currently only ships to addresses in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Channel Islands, and Spanish Islands. Please note that any shipments to locations outside of the EU customs zone may be subject to additional local taxes and/or duties at delivery.

I didn't receive an email confirmation of my online order. What do I do?

First, check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, contact us at any time.

When will my socks ship?

Orders begin processing immediately and normally ship out within 2-3 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer an expedited option with 1-2 business day service. The expedited service option is available on the shipping page during checkout. It is important to note that orders must be placed by 12 PM CET in order to ship same-day.

Expedited services do not offer Saturday delivery. If an order is placed before 12 PM on a Friday and next day air service is selected, that order will be delivered on Monday.

Can I ship my order outside the EU?

We currently only ship to addresses in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Channel Islands, and Spanish Islands from darntough.eu, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get our socks. If you are in the US or UK, please visit the regional online store; otherwise you can visit our Store Locator to find a store near you.

I just bought a new pair of Darn Toughs and both have an "L" inside the cuff. Did I mistakenly get two left socks?

We don’t make asymmetrical socks. That letter represents the size, in this case size large. All of our socks are knit with a size letter or letters inside the cuff.
